• Setting up Audio visuals for events requested by either The Minister of SAPS/National Commissioner and other divisional Commissioners within SAPS. •Assisting the host with proper lay-out if the setting arrangement for the meetings/events. • Manage audio equipment- mixing board- during indoor or outdoor events. •Responsible for sound checks, equipment placement, volume and quality of sound. •Providing technical support during meetings and events when technical error arises. • Doing Prior setups with the relevant stakeholders to determine their setup requirements. •Keep logs of recordings and use sound mixing boards to mix and edit music, voices and sound effect. • Set up and take down equipment and perform sound checks. Record speech, music or other sounds, making sure that the equipment is packed and stored well.
