As a UI/UX designer for the Gulf Air website and app, I worked on creating an intuitive and visually appealing digital experience that reflects the airline’s brand identity while meeting the needs of modern travelers. My role involved designing seamless navigation systems, enhancing the booking flow, and optimizing key features such as flight searches, check-ins, and account management for both desktop and mobile platforms. I focused on ensuring the app and website were easy to use, responsive, and accessible, with a smooth user journey from start to finish. Through user research and usability testing, I fine-tuned interactions, streamlined processes, and improved the overall user experience, all while keeping Gulf Air’s values of hospitality and excellence at the forefront of every design decision.
