About
Hi, I’m Fidan Akifzade. I’m a Master’s student in International Management and Business Psychology at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences with a psychology background and hands-on experience in supporting team operations, documentation, and structured assessment in professional settings. I enjoy coordinating activities, maintaining records, and preparing clear, organized documentation to help teams perform at their best.
During my internships and as a crew manager for events, I developed resources and processes that improved efficiency and engagement. I’m eager to apply my cross-disciplinary training to roles in project coordination, operations, or production management.
