An Audible documentary podcast about the UK’s Army Barracks at Deepcut: Between 1995 and 2002, four young soldiers died from gunshot wounds while on guard duty at the Deepcut army training camp, with the army ruling each case a suicide. Unconvinced, the soldiers’ families sought answers, prompting journalist Jane MacSorley and retired detective Colin Sutton to investigate. Over the course of a year, they uncovered disturbing accounts of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse within a culture of neglect and lawlessness. Through exclusive interviews, the investigation reveals new allegations of criminal activity and exposes a long-hidden secret.
