About

I’m a designer from South Africa originally having worked on globally.

I am an experienced Creative Lead, Designer and Customer Success Leader. I have been working in the marketing industry since 2011 offering over 10 years of experience as a leader, designer and digital marketer. Having worked with both local and international brands and agencies I have gained experience predominantly in the digital marketing discipline however I have had the opportunity to work in above the line design. Being naturally creative with a love for all things design, styling, packaging and product, I excel in translating a client brief into a successful delivery of a world class website, social media campaign or email marketing campaign. Being a team leader I am able to encourage, mentor and guide my team to enable us to deliver high quality services in a timeous manner enabling the success and retention of our clients. As the Customer Success Leader I am a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage. Being focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting analytics and reporting, addressing customer issues and questions as well as helping the sales team with up-sells and renewals of contracts.
