“I Will ALWAYS Love You” (2026) is an upcoming short film directed by Mercury Worthy that I worked on. I was one of 3 editors on this project, as well as a member of camera department during production.
My main responsibilities were:
I learned a lot from this project, it also helped me strengthen my skills in audio mastering, and collaboration.
- Assigning 6 editors and 6 assistant editors
- Assigning the editors different portions of the film
- Keeping tabs on progress and managing their deadlines
- Assisting communication between the editing team and the director
“Ghost Light” is an upcoming short film directed by Michael Grossman. I worked as the post production supervisor. This was my first time working with a professional director and he taught me a lot. My responsibilities on this set included:
This film is currently being submitted to festivals
This is an older project of mine. I worked as the Director of Photography, and as an Editor. We were tasked with creating a short film based on a prompt, as an additional challenge, we could not record any audio for the film; any music or sound effects used had to be found online. One of my favorite details I added was in the opening scene, where we see the color drain out as her disgust starts to creep in. While this was technically an assignment for a class, I am very happy with the results and proud to share it.
This was my final assignment for my nonlinear editing class. It was also my first foray into the world of advertising. The provided footage was shot as an sponsored interview for a fictional headwear company; a script was also given for me to follow. This project was a great learning experience for me, helping me see the importance of lower thirds, and B-roll. Do I think I did a perfect job? No, looking back, there are a few things I would change, but I choose to showcase it still because I think I did a good job, and it shows how much I have improved.
