Medical Graphic Artist at Swansea University
August 23, 1999 - January 31, 2011I worked as part of a small team developing Computer Based Learning Programs to train nurses and other health care professionals. As a member of this team, I participated in all areas of the development process from the initial design phase to the development and evaluation. I was responsible for producing original artwork, animations, photography and the filming and editing of the film footage used within our eLearning scenarios, tutorials and other distance learning tools. I also carried out web design and some basic
programming.

February 1, 2011 - May 31, 2013During my time working on this ESF funded project I was a line manager, and I led the development of Online Learning materials and a Work-based Learning Portal, to supplement the face-to-face teaching and practical sessions for accredited courses we ran. I have developed numerous Self-directed Learning Exercises, produced original artwork and animations for use in both lab-based and ecology training.

June 1, 2013 - September 30, 2014During my time with Technocamps I designed Logo's for a number of new projects I have been responsible for the design of an extensive number of pieces of workshop and marketing materials including booklets, flyers and posters, to ensure that the final work looks professional and that the design is consistent, in partnership with both the Communications and Development teams. I have also been instrumental in setting up a new upgraded website for the project.
