    HomeSight, a home healthcare services provider, is reimagining healthcare in the home to help aging people with chronic conditions maintain independence for longer. Using a chameleon-like approach, HomeSight’s monitoring system adapts a network of sensors and communications systems to the natural settings and behavior of people managing chronic conditions.

    SNS24 APP and Platform

    SNS 24 is Portugal’s national digital health platform, designed to make healthcare simpler, more accessible, and more connected for every citizen. Across its website and mobile app, it brings essential health services into one trusted experience—giving people secure access to their health information, prescriptions, exam requests and results, certificates, and personalised guidance.

    I was responsible for shaping the product design and end-to-end user experience across both platforms. The challenge was to transform a complex public-health ecosystem into clear, inclusive, and reliable journeys for an entire country, supporting people in everyday health needs as well as critical moments of care. The result is a human-centred digital service at national scale, connecting citizens with the Portuguese National Health Service and helping them take a more active role in their own health.
