Will Woodruff, aka Groove, began creating music for hire in 2000. During his early college years from 1998-2001, Will was Hip Hop Director and Disc Jockey on KBUX Underground.fm, The Ohio State internet and radio station. He gained valuable experience promoting and performing as a DJ and master of ceremonies for concerts such as "Heritage Festival" and "SpringFest". Will was also DJ and Producer for CHH group, CeriOus from 2004-2007. Will continues to develop his skills DJing, playing drums, piano, and record/mix engineering. In 2010, Will served as head engineer and producer for SoundProof recording studio. Will’s style of hiphop music production blends lush live instrumentation, DJ elements, and synthesized sounds with samples of music from various eras and genres which he refers to as "Soul Hop". Will has produced several HipHop, R&B, and Urban CHH songs and independent projects including the single "Only The Beginning" for 2012 MTV UK Brand New artist short list Emcee, Conflict.
