Gastón Segura

I am Gastón Segura, I was Engineering Department Manager and today I am starting my own business. I am deeply passionate about science and engineering, as well as sports, and above all, my family.
My background is an electro-mechanical engineer with 18+
years of experience in process engineering and project management:
EPC (oil & gas and power generation) and in PMO / technical offices (small wind turbines and pressurized gas composite cylinders manufacturing plants).
Focused in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and continuous
improvement methods.
I regard the engineering profession as one of profound responsibility and integrity, where excellence and collaboration serve as the fundamental pillars for achieving meaningful and enduring results.
