Gabriel Rifilato (Rome, 1955) is an experienced journalist, director, and author of creative photography, deeply committed to the pictorial rhythm of images and to the ritual of the “pittoresco” language. Certified professional from Apple, he has written essays for Rai Eri on cinema and photography. Since 2013 he has founded Image Factory in Rome, curating exhibitions and experimental workshops in staged photography, characterized by living tableaux based on famous paintings and Neo-pictorial digital retouching.
