Gabrielle Lenart (she/they) is an interdisciplinary content strategist who specializes in digital marketing, social media, and copywriting/copyediting. With over seven years of experience, she has a proven track record in supporting nonprofits and startups within the food & beverage industry with clients ranging from organizations and brands such as the James Beard Foundation, Sagra Farm Stays, Nossa Caipirinha Bar, Broma, Food Education Fund, The Modern Proper, Rethink Food, and Cherry Bombe. She writes for F&B publications such as Resy, BentoBox, and Hearst Magazines. She recently joined forces with Sault Media, a dynamic creative digital studio.
