Mobile App Designer – Limerick Regatta Live Times & Stats Tracker App (second project phase). Continued development of the live tracking app for the 2023 Regatta; led design improvements and interactive UI.
Coordinate with the product implementation team with visibility of all customer and agent changes. Lead coordination of the Pega Guided Assist (GA) Troubleshooting tool to support Contact Centre goals through streamlined, repeatable processes and efficient project management. Host and coordinate design workshops for Fibre network rollout supporting GA flows (Virgin Media, SIRO, NBI networks), these flows now help support over 70,000 Fibre customers. Continuous review, maintenance and updating of all agent facing flows to ensure processes are kept up to date. Auditing of guided assist flows to ensure content is always current, publication of Contact Centre News and reference articles. Evaluating the effectiveness of GA changes, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvements and optimisations.
Mobile App Designer – Limerick Regatta Live Times & Stats Tracker App. Designed and implemented the first version of a live tracking app for St. Michael’s Rowing Club and Limerick Regatta. Delivered the May 2022 Regatta version, resulting in an invitation to design another version for the 2023 Regatta.
