Every musician has that one performance where everything clicks… until it doesn’t. This comedic, cartoony character animation follows an overly passionate guitarist who pours every ounce of his soul into his performance, completely lost in the music. But when his guitar suddenly betrays him, his heartfelt serenade erupts into an outrageously exaggerated meltdown. This piece was a chance to explore expressive acting, strong body mechanics, exaggerated facial animation, and comedic timing, pushing the character’s emotions as far as they could go while keeping the performance fun, energetic, and full of personality.

This scene was created for the animated television series Archer. I was responsible for all character animation, ensuring each performance supported the timing, personality, and comedic delivery of the scene. In addition to character animation, I handled select visual effects and contributed to the staging, carefully composing the action and camera placement to enhance the overall storytelling and visual impact.

A cinematic 3D title sequence for a psychological thriller that explores the unsettling idea that reflections aren’t always what they seem. Using atmospheric lighting, distorted mirrors, fractured glass, and eerie camera movements, the sequence builds suspense while blurring the line between reality and illusion. The visuals create an unsettling tone that draws viewers into a world where every reflection hides a deeper, darker truth.
