Hi, I’m Gergo Kiss—a filmmaker and videographer from Hungary with more than two decades of experience in documentary, corporate video, and live-event production. I’ve worn many hats on set: Director of Photography, Cameraman, Editor, Writer, and Producer, collaborating with broadcasters, NGOs, and international brands across Europe and North America. My work spans short-form promos, feature-length documentaries, and investigative reports, and I’ve contributed to projects for AP, BBC, Al Jazeera, MTVA, Victims of Communism Memorial Fund, and Open Society Foundations, among others.
I love turning complex ideas into visually compelling stories and leading large shoots with diverse teams. I’m fluent in English and Hungarian, skilled in production planning, budgeting, and post-production, and proficient with Final Cut Pro X. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me shaping production pipelines, coordinating international shoots, and delivering polished work on time.
