As part of the On Boarding and Welcome team I on-boarded new travel agencies and new additional agents for a host travel agency. I managed several plan types and departments within TLGs.
I provided GDS access to any agent who requested it, including Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Apollo.
Depending on the plan, I offered most of our agents a welcome call where I would guide them through the system and explain how to start working with the host agency.

Software Support Specialist 02/2008 – 07/2009

I provided support to travel agents using Sabre as their GDS, both MySabre and SabreRed.
I solved issues in less than 30 minutes.
I was able to take control of the call, using different methods to make it easier for the caller to understand.
I am comfortable with a variety of accents and could thus communicate easily with people from various regions.
Worked for USA, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America market as calltaker. I also communicated with U.S. clients via chat sessions .
