Contributed to Alma Guelph Phase II, a purpose-built student residence in collaboration with The Design Agency. Conducted spatial and user-experience analysis to enhance amenity flow, functionality, and social interaction. Supported schematic and design development packages, including FF&E, lighting, and materials documentation. Created visual collages and presentation boards in Photoshop and Illustrator to communicate design intent. Built a detailed Revit model to visualize interior layouts and material applications. Curated finishes and palettes aligned with the project’s narrative “Cultivating Your Unique Path.” Collaborated with architects and consultants to align creative vision with technical feasibility.

Designed and executed seasonal showroom layouts to enhance visual flow and customer engagement. Developed 3D renderings of display configurations and product placements using SketchUp and Lumion. Coordinated product placement updates and merchandising standards with sales and management teams. Prepared visual guidelines and digital presentations to communicate design intent and layout strategies.

Assisted in the concept and design of a 600 m² creative office for a graphic design firm on Queen Street. Produced hand-sketched floor plans and detailed Revit models for reception, meeting, and breakout areas. Conducted research using the Ontario Building Code to ensure accessibility, occupancy, and compliance. Created photorealistic 3D renders in Enscape to enhance client presentations and design reviews. Collaborated with senior interior designers and architects to refine proposals and coordinated documentation via Bluebeam.
