I’m a UK-based freelance junior video editor who turns raw footage into polished, platform-ready shorts and long-form content with strong pacing, colour grading, subtitles, music, and clickable thumbnail design. I work across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and Instagram, collaborating with influencers, businesses, and charities to create engaging content that feels on-brand and easy to watch.
After a career change in my 30s, I’ve built a growing portfolio while freelancing and supporting social growth through consistent, multi-platform editing. Alongside my core video-editing work, I also assist with marketing and social content—spotting trends, adapting formats, and helping posts perform—while steadily developing my long-form skills for the next stage of my editing journey.

This projects focused on an interview between the headteacher of a School in West Pokot County (Kenya) and the Director of Education & Evaluation at the NGO (Upendo Tena) that I manage social media and marketing for (primarily on Instagram and Facebook).
The interview was a conversation between these two people covering the misconceptions in the communities, media and around Kenya about West Pokot County and why they exist.
The interview was filmed outside the school near the playground so my main focus was to cut out the background noise so that viewers could hear the two voices in conversation clearly. The original video was over 6 minutes long, which was cut to less than 3 minutes with fine tuning in order for the video to flow well.
Subtitles were also added to make to allow for easier reading and to grab attention of viewers, as well as minor colour grading to add more vibrance to the video and finally the NGO logo was added to the video in the top corner.
Client is digital creator and travel guide/ influencer.
This project was focused on the locations in London where various scenes from the Harry Potter movie franchise was filmed. We travelled to various locations across London, such as Kings Cross Station, Claremont Square and the Millenium Bridge etc.
At each location I filmed the subject walking towards the camera and then jumping. The focus of this project was to (like in the movies) make it seem as though they were apparating (disappearing) from one place to another. I then brought this to life when editing on CapCut, adding transitions and music.
