My name is Virginia I have been working in the arts and entertainment industry for since 2008 running my own company called Fab Fun Entertainment. Fab Fun specialises in the children's entertainment industry, however in the years, we have developed and grown the business into an agency. Our agency now has two sectors, the private sector, which works with children's parties, and the corporate sector which focuses on skilled artists and performers that assist in building brands, and working with large activations and sporting events. Throughout my time working in this industry I have learnt many paractical skills including face painting, hair braiding, painting for art workshops, balloon twisting, Emceeing, games hosting and much more. On the flip side of the practical skills I have also honed my skills on the business side of the industry. With a team of 40- 50 entertainers I have mastered the skills in casting roles, training and creating a dynamic work environment for our very diverse team. Developing and creating face painting tutorials and workshops which is used for all new recruits in our business. Sadly I no longer do as much art as I used to in the beginning stages of creating this company and I find myself missing my creative outlet and no longer using it as much as I would like to. Our business is also very seasonal, which means that it does ebb and flow in certain times of the years. Due to this, I am hoping to pick up some freelancing work creating art for people. My go to art style is cartooning. I have had eperience in the passed doing story boards for people to express ideas to pitch. I have also done some logo work and illustration work.
