Graduating with a Psychology degree over 30 years ago, I began my career at the BBC (then BBC Worldwide), where I spent three years gaining a strong foundation in media, advertising, marketing, and research. Eager to broaden my experience, I moved to boutique agency Mediator, progressing from Senior Account Executive to Senior Account Manager. From there, I built deep expertise across a range of high-end BTL agencies, working across sales promotion, direct mail, TV, experiential, and the early evolution of digital marketing. I later spent 10 years at a start-up, rising to Client Service Director and Board Director, before founding my own boutique agency, Sayhello. For 11 years, I successfully led Sayhello, developing brand strategies and campaigns for blue-chip clients across health, medical, pharmaceutical, sport, fashion, property, and nutrition sectors. Over time, I found my role shifting away from the creative and strategic work I love, toward operational and administrative demands. This prompted a return to my original passion — psychology. Now qualified as a Psychotherapist, I bring together decades of marketing expertise with a deep understanding of human behaviour. I specialise in: - Understanding audiences at a deeper more complex level - Navigating the most challenging and sensitive sectors to enable their brands to be both seen and heard  - Working within a multi-channel environment and finding the best channels to deliver impact - Applying a strategic approach that enables success and targets the right person I like getting my hands dirty, filthy – not great at delegation, I love working in a team, but the team needs to be bright and efficient. Making money as the primary focus bores me. Putting the brand as the primary focus excites me. Taking away boundaries to develop a great plan, a pitch, a strategy, a brand plan delivers success.
