AI agent and crm intgration for Epi Golf club

One of my major projects was for Epic Golf Club, which I worked on through a digital agency.

It was a large scale project worth several thousand dollars. My responsibility was to build and implement an AI-powered communication and CRM system for the club.

I developed both inbound and outbound AI agents to handle customer interactions, manage enquiries, and support follow ups. I also built and configured their CRM to help manage customer information and streamline their communication processes.

I worked with tools such as Retell AI and other automation platforms to bring the different parts of the system together.

It was a substantial project that involved AI voice automation, CRM implementation, and workflow integration.
