For this project, I built a complete lead intake and client management system for a private investigation agency using GoHighLevel.

The goal was not simply to add a chatbot to the website, but to create a process that helps turn website visitors into qualified leads. I configured the CRM structure, automated lead capture, appointment booking, email notifications, and chatbot workflows so that inquiries are collected, organized, and followed up efficiently.

I also customized the chatbot to handle private investigation inquiries professionally by gathering case details, contact information, preferred contact methods, and appointment requests while maintaining a confidential and reassuring experience for potential clients.

In addition, I integrated the website with the CRM, improved chatbot visibility on the website, configured calendar booking functionality, set up automated notifications, and tested the entire lead journey from first contact through appointment scheduling.

The result is a more organized system that helps the business capture leads, manage inquiries, track conversations, and respond to potential clients more effectively.
