Hello! I am an Architect (MSc, Architecture for Sustainable Design) with international academic and professional experience across Italy and Turkey. I completed my Master’s degree at Politecnico di Torino, focusing on sustainable architecture, environmental impact assessment, and low-carbon material strategies. I have two years of professional experience in Turin, Italy, working in interior design and construction coordination. My responsibilities included preparing municipal documentation, producing 2D/3D presentations, supervising construction sites, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as electrical and gas system engineers. I also communicated directly with clients throughout the design and construction process. Before that, I completed several internships in Turkey, including a major role at Istanbul Grand Airport (IGA) as a Construction Site Intern. Being part of one of the world’s largest airport projects gave me significant exposure to large-scale site operations, high-level coordination, and the complexities of global-scale infrastructure development. My Master’s thesis, “A Residential Project in Turin, Italy: Design Optimization in the Light of Low-Carbon Materials,” compares a business-as-usual project by Officina8A Architetti e Associati with an optimized version using locally sourced, low-carbon materials. Using One Click LCA, I conducted an environmental impact assessment to demonstrate how sustainable material choices can significantly reduce carbon emissions. This work strengthened my expertise in low-carbon design, material research, and sustainability integration in architecture. In addition to my sustainability background, I produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and design presentations, and I am currently open to remote, project-based rendering and design support work.
