    A recent AI video project I worked on required localising a case study video that was shot and edited by another company. Historically, this would have been a huge challenge to make this look seamless as I didn’t have the project files. It would have just been a voice over and blurred on screen text, but now with the help of AI video and audio generation, I can create a German VO, lip-sync the video to the audio, and remove any text graphics on screen and replace it with German text in After Effects.

    paper AI Image Generation - Gausian Spec Ad

    Over the past 5 years working in the B2B sector, I noticed the most sort after assets were in-situ product shots, so this was the first test I put together.

    I chose a popular product (Gausium Phantas - A robotic floor cleaner) from an industry I worked closely in, and decided to generate some speculative website images for it. I was not paid to do this and the rights are with their respective owners.

    Below are 3 images of the Phantas working in 3 different environments, an office lobby, an airport lounge and a school hallway.

    Safe to say the results are pretty incredible for what was done in a relatively short time and I’m excited by the potential of AI image generation. To achieve this same result with traditional 3D CGI or a live action production would have cost 5x the time, effort and money to do.
