About
I’m Greg Neupokoev, a Product Designer based in Stuttgart, focused on crafting clear, high-quality UX/UI for complex B2B workflows. I build reusable design patterns and scalable design systems, and I partner closely with engineering to turn prototypes into production-ready experiences—often using AI-assisted design-to-code workflows to accelerate iteration.
Most recently, as Founder & Product Designer at PLAYJOOB, I designed and shaped a collaborative product from concept to working experience, using user feedback to refine progression and interaction mechanics. Previously at LCM Digital, I acted as design lead across multiple product teams, leading web and mobile redesign work that contributed to NPS improving from -30 to +10, supported by usability validation and Design QA to ensure consistent, dependable UI implementation.
