Guilherme Rubini

Led the agency’s art direction team, overseeing creative output and ensuring strategic and visual consistency across campaigns. Responsibilities included mentoring art directors, guiding creative development and collaborating closely with the Creative Director to deliver high-impact work. I also played a key role in concept creation and production for the agency’s flagship campaigns.

Founded and led an independent branding and design studio focused on brand creation, identity systems and strategic design. Responsibilities included creative direction, project management, client acquisition and relationship management, as well as overseeing alloperational and administrative processes. Built long-term relationships with clients such as Grupo Vino!, Tintas Dacar, Paybrokers, Duratec (Paraguay) and Expert. Today I continue collaborating with selected clients on branding and design projects.

Worked on integrated campaigns for global brands, contributing to award-winning projects and new business pitches. During this period I became the most awarded art director in Southern Brazil in 2018 by Colunistas Brasil, with recognition from major international festivals.
