I’ve been in contact with the world of the specialist press, the web and audiovisual medias in a variety of forms for nearly 15 years now. Video games, spirits, music, news, fashion… The list is a bit long and wouldn’t tell you much except that I’ve always liked to dabble in everything. But above all I’m an incurable audiovisual junkie, whatever the format, and addicted to culture in general! Not a day goes by in my life without a video, a film, a playlist… Not a day without content! The web, cinema, concerts and exhibitions are all daily playgrounds for experimentation and research.
I have extensive post-production experience and knowledge of audiovisual media.
I’ve written, directed, shot and/or edited a plethora of projects and formats in both professional and personal contexts, ranging from rum reports to video game mood videos or ad concept-trailers, fashion shoots, promotional videos, specialist interviews and, of course, digital content. A little trip around the world through a 24-105 lens or a timeline software, so to speak.
I have the technical skills and know-how to undertake any audiovisual production.
Yes, I dare say it, because I’m above all creative, inventive, reactive, and many other superlatives (but without getting too big for my boots, rest assured), and my confidence in my abilities has always enabled me to surpass myself when faced with the unexpected or any kind of obstacle. I’m fuelled by creatine and I have a visceral need for new experiences and new challenges.
For more than a decade now, I’ve been moving from exiled editing booths to teeming open spaces or frantic sets (not forgetting to squat on the coffee machine from time to time). Nowadays, people are often mistaking the eyepiece mark for dark circles because my eyes are so fused to a camera, and a strange fragrance of worn keyboards is clinging to my fingers as I merge more and more with my editing station.
Add to that a passion for music, which led me to develop a DJ activity on the side, and you’ll find me spending hours in a bubble of flows and melodies, headphones glued to my ears, listening, researching (« digging » as they say in the business) and analysing samples, tracks and playlists with an insatiable appetite for new sounds.
In the end, I’m, as I like to put it, a true « swiss-army-videomaker ». My current skills combined with my rigour and motivation will make a tangible contribution to your projects. And because I’m naturally enthusiastic and efficient, I’m able to adapt easily and quickly within a dynamic team.
