NARITO: A Professional Gender-Bend Reimagining
“Narito” is a high-impact “pan-creation” project that reimagines the world of Naruto through a complete gender-bend lens. More than just fan art, this project was developed as a full-scale professional production, designed to showcase the technical feasibility of an official animated series for major networks like Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon.

- The Narrative Core: Unity in Diversity
The story follows Ian and his five siblings. The project’s most powerful differentiator is its familial unity: despite being brothers and sisters, each child represents a different ethnicity and background (Black, Indigenous, Caucasian, Redhead, etc.). This creative choice aims to: - The Biodiversity Metaphor (Brazilian Fauna)
Each of the six siblings represents a Brazilian endangered species. Through this analogy, the project educates children on: Inclusion and Representation (Atypical Characters)
Beyond the main cast, the project expands its social impact through special guest characters. The focus is on the inclusion of atypical children, such as those with disabilities (PWD) or neurodivergences. This approach promotes empathy and educates the audience about accessibility and mental health in a light, welcoming, and age-appropriate manner.Project Ecosystem
Originally developed in partnership with a major children’s brand, the project delivered a comprehensive 360º experience, including:
