Hunter M Hudson is a composer, orchestrator, sound designer and multi instrumentalist for digital media. He has received two degrees in Music Composition and Sound Design from Towson University in Baltimore Maryland. During his studies he independently composed, produced and published his Debut Album: Memoriam which he was awarded Towson Universities Composer Talent Award for. Since relocating to Detroit, MI in 2024, Hunter has scored films for numerous rising Film Directors and Producers, working closely and collaboratively from first draft to Final Cut. A variety of independent films he has scored went on to receive Best Student Film awards at festivals such as MIFF and TIFF. During his freelance career, he has also worked with Directors and Producers using his talents as a sound designer to help edit, mix and master film products. Hunter believes every film score and mix calls for a variety of different technical skills, which is why he has become an expert with all DAW's on the market currently, and is versed in scoring and implementing sound design through Middleware's like FMOD for video games. Hunter has been apart of numerous Indie game design projects as well, composing themes and drafts for artistic direction and collaboration with teams. Hunters Film scores have appear in numerous film festivals across the country and even on a program streaming on Apple TV.

Hunter pursued a Dual Bachelors while completing his music degrees, pursuing a degree in Sound Design for film to integrate himself into the world of Filmmaking. There he spent hundreds of hours on film sets and behind computers learning to producer, capture live sound and to edit each and every minute detail on a film project from start to finish. Many students he collaborated with have gone on to produce and direct successful independent projects and work with large Media companies like CBS, Paramount, Netflix and HBO.
