    The project arose from the idea of supplementing the analogue Ruhrtop Card with a digital solution. The aim was to simplify access to leisure activities for users and to make the redemption process at events more efficient. The development concepts for an app should show how the card can be stored digitally, used via QR code and expanded with functions such as event planning, favourites lists and interactive maps. The project was developed as part of a UX design task and is based on real user needs.
