I am interested in applying my skills in AI-integrated product design, UI/UX research, and technical leadership either autonomously or on a cross-functional team. As someone with an eye for detail, an impulse for organization, and an instinct for innovation, I thrive on leading and improving initiatives – from kickoff, through launch and beyond. Over the past 4 years, I have been a key contributor in multiple roles ranging from Business Development to IT Support and most recently being the Lead AI Product Owner and Designer in a startup. Day to day responsibilities include: - Using Agile methodologies to develop an effective product roadmap with executable milestones. - Turning ideas to reality by building high-fidelity wireframes and user stories that represent a given project’s mission/values. - Conducting market analysis to determine competitors and target audiences - accounting for any potential scope, schedule or resource risks for the project. - Gathering user feedback regularly to iterate on projects after release. My most recent project is an eCommerce brand that appeals to the future thinkers of today using minimalistic branding and innovative website design techniques. Building this required creating a brand, collecting data on competitors, designing product mockups, negotiating with manufactures to determine quality thresholds and an executable timeline, and developing a website that resonated with a target audience. Through the establishment of a structured roadmap early on, I was able to take action on the steps needed to build this brand and pivot when needed. The tools that I used in this project include Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Notion, Spline (3D animation), Webflow, LottieFiles, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, Perplexity and Midjourney. As I am considered for a position, I would like to point out that my ability to make sense of ambiguity is one of the main things that allows me to be successful in virtually any setting. Since starting my company in January with entry-level knowledge in Software Development, I have taught myself how to fully build and deploy AI-integrated, data-driven software platforms by myself – two of which I am actively working on and would be happy to cover in more detail upon request. This, I hope, is a testament to the fact that when I want or need to do something, I am quick to learn it on my own accord. I fully believe that my knowledge, skills, and abilities will be a significant asset to your team's current and future needs. Thank you for your time and consideration. Respectfully, Harrison Grant Witt

    paper Neuraline

Neuraline is a clothing brand that envisions the future of fashion through minimalistic design themes and unique apparel that blends style and function. Creating Neuraline required developing a brand, product mockups, and a website that resonated with my audience.

    Design Process

    • Ideation: During the early days of this project, I spent the majority of my time learning prompt engineering for Midjourney, and testing different branding themes to see which one aligned the closest to my overall goals for the company.
    • Research: After forming a vision for what I wanted the brand to embody, I did an in-depth study on my competitors, and noted ways that I could differentiate my brand. This allowed me to narrow in on my target audience and steer the branding towards a specific niche.
    • Product Iteration: With an established theme for Neuraline, a solid idea of its niche, and a working business plan, I iterated on each clothing piece both individually and in groups. One of the things that makes Neuraline special is that within the consistent futuristic theme of the brand, there are four unique Collections - each carrying a distinct and powerful purpose.
    • Website Development: Having a firm grasp of the way I was branding Neuraline products, it was important that the website carried the same theme all the way through. Creating a sleek, simple design, accented by minimalistic branding and an easily approachable, yet unique user experience was my top priority.
