Goal: Vritra Gaming was a personal project built entirely independently with absolutely zero starting point — no subscribers, no audience, no editing experience, no streaming knowledge, no Discord server, and no prior YouTube presence. The goal was to build a fully monetized YouTube channel from scratch, grow to 1,500+ subscribers and 57K+ views within 6 months, simultaneously build a Discord community to 3,000+ members, and host large-scale BGMI tournaments — proving that a solo creator could build a self-sustaining gaming brand through smart content strategy and community design alone.
Solution: I handled every single aspect of the brand independently. On YouTube, I recorded and edited BGMI gameplay highlights, montages, and live stream cutdowns using CapCut, designed professional thumbnails in Canva to maximize CTR, optimized every upload with full SEO across titles, descriptions, and tags, maintained a consistent streaming schedule on OBS Studio, and ran creator collaborations and giveaways to accelerate growth. On Discord, I built the entire server architecture from scratch — designing roles, setting up bots, creating automated moderation systems, and establishing topic-based channels for squad-finding, scrims, and announcements. I hosted daily custom BGMI rooms to give the community a reason to show up every day, organized large-scale tournaments with structured prize pool formats, and live-streamed those tournaments directly on YouTube — creating a powerful cross-platform growth loop where Discord drove YouTube viewership and YouTube streams pulled new members into Discord, both platforms feeding each other continuously.
Impact: In 6 months, Vritra Gaming grew from absolute zero to 1,500 YouTube subscribers, 57.3K total views, and 3,600 hours of watch time — achieving full YouTube channel monetization within the same period. The Discord community grew to 3,000+ total members with 2,556 tracked new joins and 1,500 active communicators. Tournament events peaked at 5,000+ participants, creating some of the most explosive single-event growth spikes across both platforms. Built entirely independently, with no budget, no team, and no prior experience.
Goal: Unstoppable Domains is a global Web3 domain and digital identity platform with blockchain extensions like .crypto, .wallet, .nft, and .dao. Despite having 276,000 Twitter followers, the account had critically low engagement, no structured educational content for beginners, inconsistent brand voice, and minimal community interaction. The challenge was significant — a large but disengaged audience needed to be converted into an active, participatory Web3 community. The goal was to grow followers by 6,800+ organically, publish consistent thread-based authority content, dramatically boost engagement rates, and establish Unstoppable Domains as the most beginner-accessible Web3 education account in its category.
Solution: I built a complete organic Twitter strategy centered on simplifying Web3 concepts for everyday users. I published daily tweets covering product use cases, Web3 trends, crypto market commentary, and educational explainers, combined with 2–3 long-form educational threads per week on topics like “What is Web3 identity in simple words,” “5 things your .crypto domain can do,” and “Web2 vs Web3 identity for beginners.” I created Canva-designed visual explainers to support retention, developed Web3 meme content for organic shareability, and engaged directly with every comment, mention, and discussion to build genuine community momentum. I also conducted daily competitor research monitoring ENS Domains, Namecoin, and other Web3 identity projects to track high-performing content patterns and continuously adapt the strategy based on real engagement data.
Impact: In just 3 months, Unstoppable Domains’ Twitter achieved 4M total impressions, a 14.3% engagement rate with 228% growth, 290K+ total likes with a 67% increase, 17K reposts with 101% growth, 28K link clicks, 154K media views with a 338% increase, and +6,800 new organic followers. The account was transformed from a large but passive audience into one of the most actively engaged Web3 brand accounts — driven entirely through organic content strategy with zero paid promotion.
Goal: Snowball Money is a US-based crypto savings and automated investing platform designed for everyday beginner users. Despite having 20,000 Twitter followers, the account had very low engagement, no educational threads, no market insights, and an almost completely inactive Discord server. The goal was to grow Twitter by 5,000+ followers, fully reactivate the Discord with daily engagement and community activity, establish Snowball Money as the go-to beginner-friendly crypto educator, and build a repeatable AI-powered content system that could sustain results long-term without relying on heavy manual research.
Solution: I built a full-platform content and community operation across both Twitter and Discord. On Twitter, I published 30–40 tweets per month including 4–6 long educational threads covering crypto basics, BTC/ETH market insights, and beginner-friendly investing concepts. I combined meme content with market commentary to create a tone that was both educational and shareable, and used visual charts and market snapshots to improve content retention. On Discord, I introduced daily prompts, crypto Q&A sessions, AMA-style discussions, meme-of-the-day formats, and topic-based rooms to pull inactive members back into daily conversation. The most significant addition was an AI automation system I built using Zapier and n8n — a complete pipeline that automatically scraped top-performing competitor tweets, analysed engagement patterns, and generated daily content idea packs, reducing manual research time from several hours to near-zero every single day.
Impact: In 6 months, Snowball Money’s Twitter gained +5,644 new followers from a 20K base, reached 2M total impressions with 48% growth, and achieved a 17.2% engagement rate — a 200% improvement. Total likes reached 290K (+87%), reposts grew 101%, media views increased 338%, and link clicks grew 32%. On Discord, the server grew to 13.7K total members with 1,206 active chatters and a healthy 1:9 engagement ratio — completely transformed from a near-dead server into a consistently active community.
Goal: EcomSwap is a Dubai-based global marketplace for buying and selling online businesses — essentially a stock exchange for ecommerce stores. When the project began, their Instagram had only 98 followers, their LinkedIn was near-zero, and they had no clear content strategy, no brand voice, and no lead generation system in place. The goal was to build EcomSwap into a credible, globally recognized B2B brand, grow LinkedIn to 2,000+ followers, generate 20 qualified seller leads, and achieve a strong lead-to-conversion rate — all within 11 months.
Solution: I built the entire content presence across both platforms simultaneously. On Instagram, I designed educational Reels and carousels explaining the online business buying and selling process in beginner-friendly language, maintained a consistent 4-5 post per week schedule, improved the visual identity, and responded to seller queries through DMs to build direct relationships. On LinkedIn, I built the company page from near-zero, wrote long-form educational posts weekly, created feature breakdowns and marketplace case posts, and established a thought-leadership tone that positioned EcomSwap as the go-to authority for online business transactions. Alongside the content work, I built a structured LinkedIn B2B lead generation workflow — researching and targeting online business owners globally, reaching out with value-first messages that explained EcomSwap’s marketplace clearly, and guiding prospects through to active seller listings.
Impact: EcomSwap’s LinkedIn grew from 112 to 2,012 followers — a 1000% increase in 11 months. Instagram grew from 98 to 798 followers with 586K views and 80K interactions in the July–December period alone. Most significantly, the LinkedIn outreach system generated 20 qualified seller leads and converted all 20 into active sellers listed on EcomSwap — a 100% lead-to-conversion rate that represented direct, measurable revenue impact for the business.
Goal: Studio IPSA was an established luxury interior design studio but struggled with inconsistent posting, weak reel narration, generic thumbnails, and no unified aesthetic that matched the premium nature of their brand. The goal was to organically grow followers by 19,000+, achieve 6M+ views through Reels, dramatically increase saves and shares, and firmly position Studio IPSA as a top-tier luxury design authority on Instagram — the kind of account that high-net-worth homeowners and design professionals actively follow and trust.
Solution: I developed a full content strategy centered around a Hook → Process → Reveal scripting structure that made every reel feel like a story rather than an advertisement. I wrote narration scripts for all design process reels, simplified complex architectural terminology into engaging storytelling language, and created on-screen text overlays to boost watch time and retention. On the visual side, I designed minimalist reel cover frames with clean fonts and consistent premium aesthetics that dramatically improved CTR from the Explore page. I built weekly and monthly content calendars mixing Transformation Reels, Before→During→After process videos, Educational Design Tips, and Client Project Showcases. I handled complete posting, peak-time scheduling, comment and DM responses, and ran weekly insight reviews to continuously refine the strategy based on what was actually performing.
Impact: Over the project period, Studio IPSA gained +19.2K new followers organically on a 98K base, accumulated 6.2M total views across all Reels, generated 2.1M interactions including likes, saves and shares, and reached 2M accounts with a 15% growth in overall reach. The Hook→Process→Reveal structure became the single most impactful change — transforming underperforming content into consistently high-save, high-share reels that pushed the account deep into Instagram’s Explore page.
Goal: Pine Labs had an Instagram following of 25,700 but lacked structured influencer partnerships, video content, and any YouTube presence whatsoever. The objective was to grow their follower base by 20%+ in 11 months, build a repeatable influencer content system, achieve 5M+ combined reach through creator partnerships, and deliver a minimum 3:1 ROAS on paid ads — all while positioning Pine Labs as a credible, creator-powered fintech brand that small and medium merchants across India could trust.
Solution: I built a complete influencer-led content ecosystem from the ground up. I scouted and onboarded 5 business and finance influencers, handled all negotiations, wrote full scripts for every creator, and reviewed content before publishing to ensure brand alignment. On the content side, I produced 10 Instagram Reels and 20 graphic-based posts covering POS benefits, cardless EMI explainers, and merchant success stories. For YouTube, I created AI-based explainer videos, YouTube Shorts, wrote both long-form and short-form scripts, designed thumbnails for higher CTR, and handled complete SEO across titles, tags, and descriptions. I then repurposed the top-performing influencer videos into Meta Ad creatives, targeting small business owners and merchants across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities aged 25–45, continuously monitoring and refining based on live campaign data.
Impact: In 11 months, Pine Labs grew from 25,700 to 31,200 followers — a 21.4% increase. The influencer campaign delivered 5M+ combined reach across 5 creators. Meta Ads running on influencer creatives achieved a final ROAS of 3.2:1, exceeding the original 3:1 target. Over 30 content pieces were produced and the entire content system built remains scalable and repeatable — continuing to deliver results beyond the project period.
