As Head of Innovation, I work across creative and academic domains, training students in theatre, public speaking, short film making, scriptwriting, and video production. I conceptualized and executed major projects such as the Teachers’ Day short film, the school farewell movie, along with multiple short plays, scripts, and creative videos. I focus on developing confidence, communication, collaboration, and creative discipline, ensuring innovation translates into meaningful outcomes.

Advises on content strategy and formats (debat es, open mics, and other formats), supports members' critical thinking and public speaking; contributes to hub-wide content standards and engaging discourse.
