I am currently part of Made Different Co as an Admin & Operations Assistant, where I handle order processing, packing, logistics coordination, and customer enquiries. Before this, I worked at Mad Theories as a Content Creator, where I filmed and edited videos for social media and managed TikTok livestream operations. This experience strengthened my creative skills and ability to produce content aligned with brand messaging and engagement goals. I also gained customer service and sales experience at Individual Society, a stainless steel jewellery brand, where I handled enquiries, assisted customers, and managed challenging situations with professionalism.
