Responsible for front of house engineering and stage technician duties including live performance support, crowd control planning, communication, and customer issue-solving. Assisted bands with equipment setup including drums, guitar, bass, and vocals. Managed setup and distribution of stage boxes and microphone setups. Confidently operated a Behringer X-32 mixing desk and used DCA to mute/unmute effects for live performances. Ensured all equipment was safely packed away at the end of performances.

Assisted with stage setup for bands such as Botch, Everything Everything, and Divorce, including patching stage boxes, live mic setup, and ensuring smooth changeovers between bands. Completed sound checks adhering to performers' needs within monitors/IEMs. Worked approximately 30 hours at various gigs, supporting microphone and cable takedown and storage. Managed sound mixing duties including broadcast mix for main stage bands, ensuring balanced frequency ranges and smooth live recording mixes. Assisted performers with instrument setups and coordinated intro tracks using an onstage midi pad.

Performed as lead singer across multiple venues and festivals including Woodfest and Oktoberfest. Delivered two 45-minute cover sets regularly in pubs across Leeds and surrounding areas. Developed crowd management skills and learned to avoid vocal strain on longer sets. Gained valuable live performance experience and improved stage presence, understanding sound setup from both performer and engineer perspectives.
