I am an illustrator originally from Miami Beach, FL currently working in Boston, MA. I work mainly with 2D illustration and drawing, but have recently been animating and producing my own collection of short cartoons. Regardless of the subject matter, I see the characters I draw as eccentric storytellers, who play around with dramatic depictions of culture. My work is a collection of pop culture, satire, and unique critiques of society voiced by imaginative creatures. Often pulling from my own relationship to race, gender, and sexuality, I want my characters to personify sociopolitical commentary and its niche pockets of humor. I have experience in drawing kid friendly cartoon like images (ex.
