Hi, I’m Helen, a passionate graphic designer who loves creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and purposeful. I approach each project with dedication to communicate the client’s message clearly and to connect with the intended audience. I have a commitment to quality, strong attention to detail and thrive on the challenge of transforming ideas into finished artworks. I am enabled by my solid understanding of design principles and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

My portfolio is evidence that I can follow a brief, simultaneously collaborating with clients and independently creating designs to achieve the shared end goal. I strive to communicate openly and respectfully, taking on feedback and adjusting designs to meet client needs. I ensure that the finished product effectively brings the initial concept to life and exceeds client expectations.

My education in psychology has equipped me with an understanding of human cognition and emotion thus allowing me to create designs that capture attention, are aesthetically pleasing and that resonate on a psychological level. These psychological insights help me to create meaningful design pieces.

Additionally, I have many years’ experience working in high-pressure, customer-facing roles and will readily take on a new challenge. I am detail-oriented, intuitive and a fast-learner. In previous roles, I have evidenced successful time management, proactive remote working, teamwork, good communication skills and organisation.

I am currently looking for a full-time position within a graphic design team. Staying active is important to me - I have a keen interest in sports, specifically tennis and padel. Ideally I would love the opportunity to work in a design space related to sport.
