A retired couple wanted to improve this powder room, which they hadn’t improved since they bought it…

Apartment / 94m² / Nancy (54)
A couple who saw our renovation work on Mariloa’s hair salon contacted me to redesign almost their entire Nancy apartment. Two main areas: storage and organization. The rest was up to me… They have a small house in the south of France, in Agde. They love the sea and its landscapes, so I drew inspiration from them!

Apartment Bathroom / 8m² / Pulnoy (54)
Get ready to dive into the crazy world of bathroom renovations near Nancy and Metz! A young woman living in an apartment in Pulnoy (54) challenged me: to transform her bathroom, the only room she hadn’t spiced up since moving in. A bulky bathtub, unused space… all on a tight budget of less than €10,000.

House and extension / 160m² / Messein (54)
A couple had a building permit filed by a local architect. The architect does not provide construction supervision. A little overwhelmed by this, they called on me to oversee the work for the extension. Then, little by little, I redesigned and refined the interior visions for this project.
This work will be carried out in two major phases:

Living Space of a House /
50m² / Custines (54)
This project is located in a 1970s house where the living spaces are upstairs. The idea is to move the existing kitchen to gain this space and create a new, more spacious living room. The kitchen is now located in the old living room, near the terrace.

Apartment / 133m2 / Nancy (54)
An artist from my region called on me to reinvigorate her brand-new 133-square-meter lair in Nancy (54), which had been untouched for the past thirty years. The only slight problem was that the load-bearing walls were non-negotiable in the condominium, and they mercilessly separated the living room, the entrance, and the rest of the apartment. Add to that the challenges of COVID, the lockdown, and delivery delays, as well as some finishing issues that dragged out the work, and you have an epic year-long adventure, from the first meeting with my client to the completion of the project. Believe me, it was an eventful year!

Barge / 90m² / Champigneulles (54) for renovations and Strasbourg (67) for rental
