I'm a sound designer and audio post-production specialist based in Edinburgh, with over 10 years of experience across film, TV, and streaming media. Classically trained in music, from jazz composition in Lausanne to an MSc in Sound Design at the University of Edinburgh, I love to work at that beautiful crossroad of technical precision and creative sensibility to bring the best out of every story. My work spans the full post-production chain: dialogue editing, Foley, sound design, and final mix in stereo, surround, and Dolby Atmos. Credits include BBC Storyworks and award-winning short films, with my work recognised with the Hideo Nishizaki Award for Best Sound at SAFF 2021. In 2026 I founded KATSU Audio, a creative audio post studio working with filmmakers and animators across the UK and internationally. I also mentor the next generation of sound professionals at Screen Academy Scotland as an Avid Certified Pro Tools Instructor.
