Senior Merchandiser responsible for pre-pricing and costing with potential vendors; strategizing sourcing with customers and following up with vendors; monitoring vendor performance and KPIs; determining shipment plans and visiting factories to ensure conformity with planned shipments; developing photo samples and PPS/TOPS from multiple vendors; conducting sample review/evaluation for photoshoots, fit, PP and TOP; preparing QC inspection files; and attending apparel trade shows to expand the vendor network and identify new opportunities.

Production and development coordination for US clients (e.g., Duluth, Reflective Apparel). Responsibilities included factory visits to track production against plans, reporting WIP to overseas merchandising teams, following up on photo sample/PPS/TOPS, reviewing workmanship, coordinating with Hong Kong & China teams, arranging buyer/overseas trips, and preparing QC files; attending apparel trade shows to source new vendors and conduct initial facility visits.

Account management for high-fashion brands (Madewell, Aeropostale). Responsibilities included garment costing, executing sample submissions/approvals, fabric/trims sourcing, managing buyer and supplier communications, weekly buyer updates, buyer portal data maintenance, ensuring in-house dates are met, end-to-end order execution, export bookings, and product development for potential buyers; served as in-charge for supplier claims settlement and merchandising system implementation coordination.
