I am a sophomore at Howard University from Chicago Illinois pursuing a music dream of one day being a full time music producer and artist. I compose from slow jazz, to rap, hiphop, lo-Fi, soundtracks, instrumental, experimental, etc.. I love to learn and evolve my knowledge of producing by listening to music from other cultures and different time periods to push my sound from being monotonous. I was 1st chair of my high school's orchestra growing up playing the cello, this really forced me to learn classical music and study music theory from a different perspective taking private lessons, but unlike most beat makers and producers, this I believe is what makes me stand out from the rest, the ability to have unlimited creativity by understanding the complexity of music theory. Ever since I was adopted from Ethiopia at the age of 6, I have had this connection to music that has grown in me as I have grown up, a passion, a desire to create and explore the sounds of music that others don't dare to seek out, one day I will find my unique sound and I hope to solidify it in history to help push the sound of music to another level, that is the ultimate goal for me in this stage in life.
