Responsible for the store's visual appeal, showroom design, and merchandising. Duties included assembling furniture, staging displays, ordering complementary accessories, lamps, rugs, and decor, ensuring ADA-compliant walkways, executing seasonal front-entry changes, planning incoming merchandise, selecting and hanging wall art, patching and painting walls, printing price tags, tagging merchandise with necessary signage, and ordering warehouse supplies. Also produced and analyzed inventory reports, communicated store changes with management, and travelled to other stores for support. Developed skills in staging, CAD floor planning, and decorating; assisted in opening two new store locations; collaborated with other Visual teams and management to meet deadlines, and engaged with guests to help select merchandise aligned with their personal style.

Initially hired as Sandwich Maker, promoted to Assistant Supervisor after mastering baseline duties. As a Sandwich Maker, responsibilities included restocking chips, drinks, and merchandise; cleaning the facility; washing dishes/equipment; operating the deli slicer; refilling items on the line; taking and fulfilling customer orders; handling cash and card payments. As Assistant Supervisor, duties expanded to processing discounts and coupons, addressing customer complaints, processing refunds, taking inventory and ordering stock, calculating end-of-day tips, and opening/closing the POS station and store as a keyholder; creating employee schedules.

Maintained a tidy kitchen by restocking supplies and fridges, refilling condiments, cleaning dishes/equipment, and ensuring smooth food preparation. Prepared and cooked customer orders; communicated with service staff and management to coordinate service and fulfill orders.
