Hussein Najdi

Built complete production-grade frontend end-to-end for 5+ client platforms using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, covering subscription billing, e-commerce/payment integration, blog/news publishing, and smart search. Designed and implemented complex multi-role user flows and dual-sided marketplaces (customer/recruiter, customer/vendor/admin) with role-specific dashboards, permissions, and booking systems. Coordinated 5+ concurrent client projects as the primary bridge between clients and the development team: gathering requirements, running meetings, translating needs into technical tasks, and maintaining SRS documentation. Managed client communications directly—arranging meetings, clarifying requirements, providing project updates, and ensuring deliverables aligned with client expectations.

Founded and grew Najddev, a freelancing app and service business for web development, and automation services, from concept to active client delivery. Designed, built, and launched the company website and brand presence, driving lead generation and client acquisition via an integrated inquiry and automation pipeline. Delivered end-to-end technical projects for clients independently—from requirements through deployment—including full-stack app development and AI/automation integrations.
