Coordinated the release of the EMEA Rise Small Format and Extra Small Format playbook and toolkit for layout design, supporting the evolution and development of the Rise store concept. Strategized the concept development of Nike Well Collective in EMEA, delivering 2D studies and 3D visualisations on zoning and the consumer journey, fixture configurations and layout principles. Led the design concept transition of 4 Nike Owned Stores projects in London from Live to Well Collective, by leveraging experience from concept development. Owned the layout design of new store projects in EMEA for Nike Live, one of the most progressive Nike store concepts. Proactively built cross-functional relationships with internal squads and external agencies and vendors to create the ideal layout while meeting revenue targets within budgets and timeframes.

Opened Ace & Tate stores in Borough Yards, London and Mitte, Berlin, by leading the project and delivering 2D and 3D final design, together with furniture drawings for external suppliers. Transitioned design to final construction by providing technical specifications and details for seamless execution within budget and brand constraints. Actively involved in the design process and openings of over 10 stores across Europe. Contributed to the development of two retail concepts and coordinated with external agencies to improve and streamline the store opening process. Coordinated on-site interior installations and liaised with external consultants to achieve design solutions within Ace & Tate aesthetics.

Retail Construction Intern - Retail Development Team at Lynk & Co

July 1, 2021 - January 1, 2022

Contributed to the opening of various stores in Europe by supporting project and construction managers through all project phases and on-site installations. Owned store fixture design and development projects, coordinating external vendors and shopfitters. Created construction manuals, fixture catalogues and drawing templates for internal teams and external vendors and contractors, improving the store development process.
