İlaha.Suleimanova

I’m Ilaha Suleimanova. I studied Theatrical Stage Design at the Azerbaijan Academy of Fine Arts. After six years of academic painting experience, I gradually developed an interest in digital art.

Currently, I work as a digital illustrator, creating illustrations for children’s books. My process usually begins with reading a story and visualizing it in my mind. I then bring that vision to life by developing characters, environments, backgrounds, and storyboards.

Alongside my illustration work, I work as an illustrator for an Azerbaijani cosmetics brand, where I create original illustrative concepts and design PR boxes, combining storytelling with visual design.

I have also collaborated with Nargis Magazine, creating exclusive illustrations specifically for the publication.

My main interests lie in 2D illustration and animation. I also received professional training in design at Code Academy.
