Led medical/clinic management product work from early discovery through MVP delivery. Elicited vision and requirements from the startup founder, defined user flows, and created the MVP backlog and MVP delivery timeline. Set up Jira, automations, integrations, and Slack; created higher-level post-MVP backlog items; and ensured handoff/refinement between product and developers. Established QA strategy, templates, and procedures; wrote test cases and oversaw testing and quality assurance. Reviewed and improved UI/UX based on actionable feedback, and proactively managed project risks, impediments, and stakeholder coordination to keep delivery on track.

Worked on data quality and data analytics products. Created and introduced AI agents into the team workflow (backlog creation agent and a frontend prototyping agent). Conducted requirements elicitation with stakeholders, mapped business processes, and led workshopping and backlog refinement. Produced product specifications and business analysis deliverables such as user flows, user personas, software requirements documents, and story maps; prioritized and managed product backlogs. Delivered modules including a configuration center, data analytics dashboards, a GenAI-powered low-code SQL query generator, and a data quality governance system. Additionally, researched and implemented GenAI tools to support specification writing, documentation, and mockups. Served as UI/UX lead by establishing a UI/UX design system from scratch with Figma libraries and development guidelines, creating wireframes/prototypes and driving incremental improvements to user experience.

Coached product managers and supported agile execution in a fintech context. Optimized OKR implementation to improve goal alignment and accountability, facilitated cross-functional collaboration, and served as Scrum Master by removing impediments and enabling effective ceremonies.
