Joshua J. Kirby

I am an award-winning film maker and director with extensive experience in visual storytelling and documentary cinema. I specialize in overseeing all aspects of film production, from camera lens choices and manipulation to lighting, set design, and technical decisions that shape the final visual outcome.
I am enthusiastic and committed to creating thought-provoking cinema and documentary film that evoke emotion. My recent work includes underwater cinematography, hybrid approaches combining underwater and traditional documentary methods, and CG animation for marine life, with a strong focus on visual continuity and emotional resonance.
