CNC Machining Technician at TT Precision

August 1, 2018 - October 1, 2019

Read drawings and worked with engineers to improve and update them. Planned and executed the initial machining processes required for several parts of civil infrastructure. Machined, shaped, and finished parts to design specifications to be assembled by the in-house welders.

Machinist - General at Brascon

September 1, 2020 - August 1, 2023

Used experience with drawings to validate the dimensions of finished parts and adjust accordingly. Used CNC milling to quickly deliver thousands of parts for a critical deadline while continuing to verify quality to a minimum accuracy of 0.010 inch. Trained in and contributed to initial set-ups and warm-ups of multiple CNC machines, as well as tool-bit integrity checks, their replacements, and offsets.
