Jessie Sector is an Astoria, NY based choreographer, dancer, and teacher. She is currently a dancer and teaching artist with Pilobolus Dance Theater, performing and teaching in NYC, CT, and abroad. Sector also worked as a choreographer and consultant on Fox Television's new series “Almost Family”, and teaches in various studio and school programs around NYC. She graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2013 with degrees in both Dance, and Arts for Children education, while also receiving multiple NYS teaching certifications. Since moving to NYC in 2013, Sector has created work for various festivals and companies, including serving as a guest artist with Nacre Dance, Geomantics Dance Theater, and CheckIt! Dance. She has performed with Pilobolus Dance Theater, Kelley Donovan and Dancers, Jessica Gaynor Dance, Caitlin Parish Dance, DanceWorks NYC, and many other talented artists in the NYC area.
