Involved in procuring equipment and accessories for EV subsystem development, including power supplies, battery modules, fuel cells, actuators, motors, and electronic loads. Developed prototypes for solar and EV subsystems and contributed to system integration, testing, and validation of embedded controllers, energy storage, motor drives, and power electronics. Supported R&D activities through system integration, testing, and documentation. Freelance IoT tool development included ESP32-based motor current monitoring with RS485, GSM connectivity, RTC, multiple I/O, and real-time monitoring platform integration.

Led electro-mechanical team in developing reconfigurable battery system prototypes and products for solar applications. Designed and tested 40+ PCB prototypes (up to 8 layers) covering power and mixed-signal designs. Spearheaded full product lifecycle – schematic, layout, fabrication, troubleshooting, firmware integration, and deployment.
